- ✓ Birthing parents (pregnant women)
- ✓ People who have paid into CA SDI within the last 18 months
- ✓ Employees who have worked for their current employer for at least 12 months
- ✓ Employers with 5 or more employees
- ⚠ Short-term disability (STD) coverage is not yet factored into income estimates — STD policies vary significantly by employer. This feature is coming soon.
